Greetings from HRANI!

In response to the HRANI representation on industry concerns submitted to FSSAI, official information from Deputy Director (Regulatory Compliance), FSSAI has been received by the association that the Food business operators (FBOs) may soon get perpetual licences and registrations. The perpetual licences will be issued to food business operators on the basis of e-filing of an annual declaration by registration holders and annual returns by licence holders.  

HRANI has also requested FSSAI to review Packaging & Labelling Regulation 2011. It was requested that the FBO/ Hotel/ Restaurant should not be harassed/ penalised for misbranding, packaging and labelling of packed samples procured from FSSAI accredited vendors with a proper valid bill of the product procurement.
