Seminar on Goods And Services Tax

The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India (HRANI) held a seminar for members on Goods and Services Tax (GST) at The Imperial, New Delhi. The session witnessed the gracious presence of Mrs Rashmi Verma, Secretary - Tourism, Govt. of India. The Co-convener for Sectoral working Group of GST for Travel & Tourism, Mrs Sungita Sharma, Principal Commissioner, CBEC was also present to capture the pain points of stakeholders and communicate the same to GST Council. Mr. Ashish Gupta, Consulting CEO FAITH and Mrs Renu Thapliyal, Secretary General, HRANI moderated the Session. The seminar was attended by Members of Managing Committee of HRANI. The Session was organised to clear the doubts of members. Q and A session was held and a detailed questionnaire was sent to GST Council and to Sh Vidya Bhushan, Economic Advisor & Nodal Officer for GST at MoT.
