HRANI successfully concluded its latest Food safety training and certification session in Zirakpur at Radisson Hotel, Chandigarh Zirakpur on May 25, 2019. The session was a hit among the attendees. It witnessed full participation of food handlers. The faculty for the session were Celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi, Corporate Executive Chef, Operations, South Asia, Radisson Group of Hotels & Ms. Pritha Tripathi Scientist (IV)I (Training), FSSAI.
Chef Sethi has been associated with HRANI as a senior faculty member & a master trainer for FOSTAC sessions. His deep understanding, knowledge, and the ability to reach out to food handlers and address their concerns and questions turns the session truly fruitful for all attendees.
The next FOSTAC programme is proposed to be held in next month in NCR region.
