As directed by President, I would like to inform you that FHRAI is filing a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and we request you to provide following details:-
1. Reliefs provided by your respective state government in terms of following waivers on account of the Covid -19 stress :-
a) Electricity charges
b) Property tax
c) Liquor license fee etc
2. Current Fees / Tariff / Charges / Rate of following paid by the hospitality sector in your respective state
a) Electricity charges
b) Property tax
c) Liquor license fee etc
Please provide the above information with proper supporting order/ policy/ notification to enable us to forward the same to FHRAI enabling them to file with Writ Petition.
