Suresh Kumar, Managing Director, Fortune Park Hotels Limited. An Advanced Management Qualification (AMQ) degree holder from School of Business-Bond University, Australia and a Science Graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Suresh Kumar joined ITC Hotels Ltd. as a Management Trainee in 1978.
In a career spanning about three decades, Suresh has held several managerial positions in ITC Welcomgroup’s prestigious hotels commencing his career as General Manager in 1987 at a young age of 29 years. Sheer dedication and strong work ethics soon earned him the portfolio of Vice President for the Southern Region of ITC Hotels Ltd. In April 2005, Suresh Kumar took over as Vice President Operations - ITC Hotels based in Delhi. Since October 2006, he assumed the mantle of President, Fortune Park Hotels Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd. Under Mr. Kumar’s dynamic leadership initially as the President, and currently as the Chief Executive Officer, the Company has witnessed a phenomenal growth. Currently Fortune Hotels has 75 Alliance Hotels.
Mr. Kumar has been awarded a number of accolades, including ‘The Green Hotelier’ award by IHRA in 1996, ‘Safari India Best Hotelier, 2004 & 2009’, ‘PATWA International Young Achievers Award’ in 2008, ‘PATWA International Achiever Award’ in 2010 and 2011. He has also established an International standard flight kitchen near Varanasi Airport by the name of Pradeep Air Caterer (PAC), except the metro cities this type of flight kitchen is nowhere else.

Vijay Wanchoo’s experience in hospitality spans over thirty years. In 1979 when Mr. Wanchoo was in the midst of rising high in his academics with a two year Kitchen Training Program, conducted by The Oberoi School of Hotel Management, he was chosen as an F&B instructor, conducting practical and theoretical classes in continental and other cuisines for the Management and Kitchen Trainees. While shifting his profile to hotel operations, he assumed the role of a Sous Chef in 1987 at The Oberoi, New Delhi where he launched THE PALMS and ESMERALDA restaurants between 1985 and 1987. Moving close to success and fame, he spent close to eight years in Lalit where he rose to the level of F&B Manager in 1994. In 1995 he took up an offer to be part of a health program called FAT OR FIT on EL TV and started his own consultancy and placement service for a year and a half.
Mr. Wanchoo brings extensive hotel experience to The Imperial in operations and management since June 2009. Presently taking The Imperial to new heights with his various initiatives as Sr. Vice President and General Manager, he served three years here in 1996 as the Executive Assistant Manager and launched THE SPICE ROUTE, PATIALA PEG and THE DANIELL’S TAVERN and was crucially involved in the refurbishment of the hotel. His career includes being a General Manager with the Welcomgroup where he was chosen to head the new 220 room Marriott Welcomhotel at Saket and alongside played a pivotal role in launching another set of specialty restaurants including the PANASIAN and DAKHSHIN. Being General Manager Operations of the 20 hotel chain for Fortune group of hotels in 2002, he initiated and standardized the operations of the hotels in the chain and had the entire team of Unit General Managers reporting to his office.
Selected to attend a one month course in Advanced European Cuisine, at The Westminster College, London while working with The Oberoi New Delhi, Mr. Wanchoo’s stint with hospitality took successful turns and knew no bounds. He was awarded with the H&FS award of FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER OF THE YEAR in 1994 while working with Bharat Hotels. Specially identified and sent for The General Managers Programme at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Ithaca, USA in June-July 2006, he has been instrumental in turning around the operations at the Imperial during renovation and in the opening of ITC Marriott Hotel Saket.
In his second tenure at The Imperial he has been instrumental in launching Classic European evenings at 1911 Brasserie called 'Nostalgia' in 2011– an unforgettable retro evening concept with a selection of some all time western delicacies paired with new and old age wines. Promising one a journey back in time, Nostalgia offers a traditional European fare with typically old world western cuisine carefully put together for creating classic evenings with live Steinway piano or Saxophone music, at 1911 Brasserie.

Randhir Vikram Singh born on 22.03.1954 at Ajmer, Rajasthan was educated at the Mayo College (1962-1972) of which Richard Southwell Bourke Earl of Mayo, Viceroy of India from 1868 to 1872 was the Founder of the College.
