With over 21 years of work experience and many credentials to her credit,  Manju Sharma is a true epitome of hospitality industry knowledge and skills.  Currently Director (Operations) at Jaypee Group of Hotels, a part of the Rs.10,000 crore conglomerate Jaypee Group, Manju Sharma has been shouldering great responsibility since the year 1991.

She commenced her career with QBE Insurance Limited, Australia in their finance department.  After returning to India in 1991 she decided to join the Jaypee Group of Hotels in their finance department.In 1996, she was promoted to Addl. General Manager (Corporate Finance) and then to Executive Vice President (Commercial) within a year’s span.  She was appointed Director (Finance) in 1998 and was given further responsibility of Director (Operations) in 2003.   As Director (Operations) she has been playing each and every role with gusto and aplomb.   She has been instrumental in introducing path breaking ideas thereby taking Jaypee Hotels to a leadership position in the hotel industry.

She holds an honors degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, Diploma in Computer Science from International Systems Services, New Delhi and Diploma in Applications Programming from City and Guilds Institute, London.

Mr. Deepak Parihar is the Managing Director of Kalinga Hotel Jodhpur. He also owns a Restaurant in England. He has vast experience in the field of hospitality industry.

Mr. R.N.Kukreja, Past President (National Restaurant Association of India - NRAI), is the Managing Director, The First Floor Restaurant and is Managing Director Hotel Regal, Delhi. He is a Post Graduate from St. Stephens College and has a Diploma in Hotel Management from Salzburger Hotel Fachschule, Austria. He has an experience of more than 35 years in hospitality industry.

Gaurav Jain is the Director of the Hotz Group which has interests in Hospitality, Financial Services, Textiles and Real Estate. He has over 10 years of experience in both domestic and international business.

Gaurav Jain looks after the hospitality side of the Group business and serves as Director of RTC Restaurants (India) Limited, the Nation-wide developer of Ruby Tuesday restaurants in India. Since the establishment of the first Ruby Tuesday restaurant in 2000, Ruby Tuesday has grown to over 17 restaurants in 7 States. Ruby Tuesday today is the largest player in the American style casual dining restaurant industry in the country. RTC Restaurants (India) Limited is also the largest international franchisee world-wide for Ruby Tuesday, Inc. RTC was given an award by Ruby Tuesday, Inc., for being the developer of the year in 2003. RTC also develops and operates other restaurant concepts, food courts and institutional catering businesses in different parts of India. Gaurav is also the recipient of the Young Restaurant Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2009-10 instituted by FHRAI.

In addition, Gaurav oversees the operations of Sbarro Restaurants (India) Limited, the Indian Joint Venture between the Hotz Group and Sbarro, Inc. as a Director and CEO. After the opening of the first Sbarro restaurant in 2007, there are now 13 restaurants in the National Capital Region and more restaurants are being established on an All India basis. Sbarro has more then 1000 Italian restaurants world-wide and India is the only country where they operate on a joint venture basis.

Gaurav serves on the Management Boards of National Restaurant Association of India and the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India, thereby helping in the development of the hotel and tourism industry in the country.

Jain graduated from Boston University, Boston MA with a B.Sc Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance and International Business. 

Mr. Manoj Agarwal, a graduate in Hospitality Management from Schloss Klessheim, Austria is Director of Aggarwal Hotels (P) Ltd. He is dynamic, energetic, promising and up to date in business systems and management.  He inherited these qualities from his father Lt. S. P. Agarwal who is well known personality in the hospitality industry.

Aggarwal Hotels has its flagship unit Hotel Alka located in the main business centre of Connaught Place which was launched in 1968. It has a specialty restaurant VEGA serving pure vegetarian food to cater to the needs of Vegans followed by Hotel Alka Annexe which is also located in the heart of Delhi i.e. Connaught Place. After the launch of these two units another unit; TAVERN ON THE GREENS was opened which aesthetically blends into the serene backdrop of the Qutub Golf Course with a vast stretch of green area abutting this venue at Lado Sarai, Aurobindo Marg New Delhi which housed the famous F-Bar & Lounge, Climax and Indo-Chine. To catch up with the trend of industry,  recently his company has launched a nightclub: LURE …..that progressively shapes up your senses with an alluring aura making you levitate to another level……ONCE you get LURED you won’t back out .

Mr. Pawan Aggarwal is the M.D. of Hotel A P Residency, Ambala City. He is also the Addl. Secretary of Punjab & Haryana Finance Companies Association and Senior Vice President of Haryana Basket Ball Association. He has been the elected member of District Planning Committee, Ambala.

Mr. Rakesh Roy is the Partner of Elchico Hotels & Restaurant (P) Ltd., Allahabad and Joint Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Hotel & Restaurant Association. He is member, of National Restaurant Association of India and has a vast experience and specialization in confectionary, food & beverage catering and ice-cream manufacturing business.

Mr. Sandeep Anand Goyle, Director, Essex Farms (P) Ltd is young and dynamic Entrepreneur. He has done his schooling from St. Xavier’s, Delhi and Graduated from Hindu College, Delhi University. He has been a gifted Cricketer representing Delhi State in Under 19 & 22 tournaments and also represented Delhi University.

He truly embodies the great qualities of a Hotelier who has made Essex Farms a household name in the business of Hospitality. His sheer grit and determination has made Essex into a high profile Convention Centre cum Multicuisine Restaurant and also an Entertainment & Bowling Centre in the heart of South Delhi. His enthusiasm, organizational abilities and encouragement has contributed to growth of Essex Farms in the Hospitality Sector.

Mr. Sandeep Anand Goyle is actively involved in affairs of National Restaurant Association of India for the last 8 years and a regular member of the Managing Committee. He has been unanimously re-elected for a 2nd terms as the Hony. Secretary of NRAI.

A veteran hotelier with an experience spanning over 40 years, Mr. Shashank Warty has served The Taj Group of Hotels in the luxury properties for 38 years.

He also worked as Director Operations at the Jaypee Group of Hotels from November 2006 where he was responsible for the overall operations of the Division having four hotels. He joined The Leela Group of Hotels as Area Vice President for the Northern Region since April 2008. He has played a pivotal role in the opening of The Leela Kempinski,Gurgaon in January 2009, The Leela Palace Kempinski, Udaipur in April 2009 and now for the opening of The Leela Palace New Delhi which is scheduled to open in January 2011 Focused in enhancing the Brand image of The Leela Group of Hotels, Palaces & Resorts by establishing high level of Guest Services and above all a unique Guest Experience and Delight

Mr. Surinder Jeet Singh is Executive Director of Maya Hotels, owning hotels in Chandigarh and Jalandhar (Punjab). He is B.Com Graduate from Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada and has keen interest in software development for hotels. He also runs a Software Organization, Maya Software Technologies catering to hotels only. Mr Singh keeps interest in golf, music & traveling.

An Advanced Management Qualification  (AMQ) degree holder from School of Business-Bond University, Australia and a Science Graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Suresh Kumar joined ITC Hotels Ltd. as a Management Trainee in 1978.

In a career spanning about three decades, Suresh has held several managerial positions in ITC Welcomgroup’s prestigious hotels; commencing his career as General Manager in 1987 at a young age of 29 years.  Sheer dedication and strong work ethics and pride in delivering both quality and professionalism soon earned him the portfolio of Vice President for the Southern Region of ITC Hotels Ltd. In April 2005, Suresh Kumar took over as Vice President Operations - ITC Hotels based in Delhi. Since October 2006, he assumed the mantle of President, Fortune Park Hotels Limited, A wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd.

During the course of this illustrious journey, Mr. Kumar has been awarded a number of accolades, including ‘The Green Hotelier’ award by International Hotels and Restaurants Association (IHRA) in 1996 and ‘Safari India Best Hotelier, 2004 & 2009’.  He has been actively involved in shaping the mindset through various forums of CII, Management Associations etc. At present he is a Management Committee Member of Hotel & Restaurant Association of Northern India (HRANI), Executive Committee Member of Hotel Association of India (HAI) and Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Association of India

Mr. Sushil Gupta is the Chairman & Managing Director of Asian Hotels (West) Ltd., He is a Chairman of Edenpark Hotel  Pvt.  Ltd.  (Owners  of  Clarion Collection -Qutab  Hotel). 

Also on the Executive Committee of Federation  of  Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He has been actively involved in the promotion  of  tourism  in  India and  is the President of Experience India Society.  He  has been on the Board of Tourism  Finance  Corporation  of India and also has been the President of  FHRAI.  He was also the Director of Rotary International during the year 2003-2005. He has been  awarded  “Padma  Shri”  by  the  Honourable  President  of  India for Distinguished Service to the Tourism Industry and Social Work.

Mr. Vandan Agarwal is Director of Hotel Hilltone Pvt. Ltd has been educated from Welcom Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal. Further obtained his MBA in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University, Providence USA.

He is also on the Executive Committee of the Hotel & Restaurant Association of Rajasthan as a Regional Vice President. He is the son of Mr Vinod Agarwal a past MC Member, HRANI for many years and has been very active in promoting and lobbying for the cause of hotel industry in Rajasthan.

Mr. Vidup AgraharI is the Director of Hotel Kanha Shyam, Allahabad, SBW Udyog Limited, Allahabad, Shyam Construction, Kanpur, Shyam Dairy Products, Allahabad.

Mr. Vidup is also Chairman of Indian Industries Association, Allahabad chapter. He has vast experience in the field of Hospitality industries. He has extensively traveled abroad in connection with the business. He is member of Allahabad Management Association.

Mr. Mukund M. Prasad is a Director of The Naini Retreat , Nainital. He also owns restaurants in Haridwar and Ram nagar. He has vast experience in the field of hospitality industry.
